Clean water crisis due to climate change increasingly felt, especially in urban communities. It is time we do a mass movement to save water and use water efficiently.
Climate change is something that is difficult to avoid the impact of various facets of life. Extreme impacts of climate change is the increase of temperature as well as the seasons shift. Climate change is no longer solely the discourse, but we can already feel its effects, such as floods, tidal waves, and droughts. Our coastal cities are the most vulnerable regions to climate change impacts. Across Indonesia, there were 60 flood-prone city and there are 30 cities prone to tsunamis. Departing from these facts, it is important to set up mitigation efforts and adaptation to the impacts of Climate Change (Joessair Lubis, “Caring for the Environment, Spatial Care”, 2011).
